About Us Seenin designs, manufactures and sells garments and accessories to people who are chronically sick or disabled. The company has grown organically since the first bib was made in response to a mother's quest to find a practical, yet fashionable, dribble bib for her disabled 9-year old daughter, Hester to wear throughout the day.
The kerchiefs, bibs and aprons she designed were quickly adopted by the special school that her daughter attended. Since that first bib, Seenin has expanded its range to provide a variety of products designed specifically to be practical and comfortable garments for children and adults with disabilities.
Seenin, based in Northumberland, produce and sell kerchiefs, feeding aprons, wheelchair covers, overalls, sleeve protectors and hats to name a selection of their product range.

Making A Purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our products and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that are necessary for us to complete the order.
We accept credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the U.K. please telephone for postage and packing costs. All orders on this site will be charged in British Pounds Sterling.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to be despatched. Orders on back order are not charged until they are despatched. You may send your credit card information via telephone, fax, post or over the internet.

When you place an order to purchase a product from Seenin, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, if we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule We endeavour to hold sufficient stock of our products so we are able to despatch goods within 14 days. At certain times and for special products this despatch time could be 28 days. We will inform you if this is the case.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will refer to it as a back order whilst we await its delivery. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges Our products have been designed specifically for use by persons who are chronically sick and disabled. HM Customs and Excise exempt these products from VAT as long as the products purchased are specifically for a disabled or chronically sick person. When ordering by telephone or by post, VAT exemption will be given when accompanied with a written declaration, presented at the time of ordering with the disablement stated and with an original signature, for every order. For online orders , HM Customs and Excise allow Seenin to accept an electronic declaration via an email signature or an email address, as long as it is accompanied with the name of the eligble person and their condition.

Please note:
1. Goods whch are not specifically designed for use by a disabled person must have VAT applied
2. Goods which are designed for a disabled person but are being purchased for use by a non disabled person must have VAT applied
3. Commercial Companies or organisations registered for VAT must pay the higher VAT inclusive price on all products.
It is the responsibility of the user to declare if points 1, 2 or 3 apply.
Credit Card Security When an order is placed via the Seenin website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and are processed by HSBC Secure payments. Nowhere on our site do we see or hold any credit card details.
Guarantee Our products have been designed with durability and style in mind by a mother who knows exactly what people who are disabled require. We are so confident that you will be happy with your products, that we guarantee your satisfaction by offering a 30 day return option on all garments. If you are returning items please enclose an accompanying letter stating the reason for return.

If the item you ordered is not available we will endeavour to contact you to discuss an alternative. If an alternative item is despatched and is not acceptable we will repay the return postage and packing.

Privacy Policy Seenin do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. The third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Seenin will accept returned goods within 30 days of the customer receiving them. Customers who wish to cancel goods must express their wish to cancel within 7 working days from placing the order. Seenin will refund the customer for their returned goods within 30days.
